Please read the information provided below and provide a detailed an application as possible.
You may leave your stall set up overnight. (This is a secure building although all goods are left at your own risk. We do not accept any responsibility.)
A single Indoor pitch will hold ONE 6ft table (size of table is usually 2 foot deep) with space behind for a chair or two.
You can have either have
a) A 6ft rail in the space or
b) A 4ft rail with a mannequin or
c) A 6ft x 2ft trestle table – this is all it will hold and no more!
Dependent on the location, the table/rail might be flush to the wall so the trader’s chair might not be behind the table but to the side of it. We will try our best to meet specific requirements but this may not always be possible. Please do not assume you can bring and fit in more rails or tables than your allocated space allows as this will impact on the space next to you used by the next trader.
A single space for the weekend is £75
A double space for the weekend is £100
A triple space for the weekend is £125
Please note that A Splendid Day out is a curated event and, as such, no guarantee can be made that filling in the application form will automatically allocate a trading area. You will be contacted within 14 days of the application with an emailed invitation to become a trader (Please check spam boxes) and with details of payment if your application is successful. To secure your booking Payment will be expected to be made in full via Paypal or Bacs transfer and is Non refundable.
LOADING INSTRUCTIONS – you will be invite to select a time slot nearer the time as there are strict loading restrictions at the venue which we need to adhere to. If you miss your selected time slot you will have to wait until the end of the loading the window.
Please be aware there are 5 steps in the loading area, we will have volunteers to help you lift things at this point.
