Literary and Arts “Arts of Steam” Event Application
Thank you for your interest in joining us at A Splendid Day Out 2nd & 3rd June 2018. Please read the information provided below and provide as detailed an application as possible.
June 2018 will see the Literary and Arts Events held in The Winter Gardens
- Single table = £50 for both days
- Double tables = £75 for both days
Each double trading area consists of two 6ft X 2ft tables (supplied and arranged lengthways or at right angles as required). or space equivalent too this.
You can provide your own tables/rails as long as they are no bigger than 6ft x 2ft so please clearly state all your requirements on the form provided.
- If you require a larger space please get in touch to discuss prices.
- Trading Times: 11am-4pm – Access for traders from 9am. All stalls must be cleared by 5pm on the day you are leaving. If you are trading both Days, you may leave your stall set up overnight.
- Our main venue is The Platform (This is a secured building, although all goods are left at your own risk, We do not accept any responsibility.)
- You WILL be able to drop off your goods on the Friday afternoon, but will not be able to set up until Sat morning.
Please note that A Splendid Day out is a curated event and, as such, no guarantee can be made that filling in the application form will automatically allocate a trading area. You will be contacted within 7 days of the application with an invitation to join the event and for details of payment if your application is successful. Payment will be expected to be made via PayPal and is Non-refundable.
LOADING INSTRUCTIONS WILL BE FOUND ON THE WEBSITE AND FACEBOOK GROUP PAGE NEARER THE TIME. WE DO NOT EMAIL INDIVIDUAL INSTRUCTIONS IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO KEEP CHECKING FOR UPDATES.
